How much do your services cost?

We keep our pricing fair and transparent. We'll always charge the lower amount between our quoted price or our standard rates, so you're never caught out. We usually provide an estimate upfront, and with our hourly rate, if a job takes less time than expected, you'll only pay for the time used. If it takes longer, we'll stick to the original quote with no extra charges, as that's on us. Before we start any work, we'll walk you through your options in plain English, so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you help with small jobs?

Of course! We can help with any tech job, big or small. Don't be afraid that what you're after is too silly, I promise we don't judge.

Do you offer remote IT support?

Absolutely. If you're comfortable we can use Teamviewer to easily access your device and work on it remotely. This also helps save you money. We also can handle many jobs remotely, especially when it comes to websites, CRMs, and anything software or internet related.

Will my data be safe?

Yes! Your privacy and data security are taken seriously at all times. Never will we sell any part of your data/details or compromise your devices.

What if my issue isn't listed?

That's okay. Most of them won't be. Get in touch and we'll let you know how we can help.

What if my issue isn't fixed?

For a lot of services we offer a "no fix, no fee" approach. You won't be charged - although a call-out or travel fee might still occur.

Can you help the same day?

Absolutely! Depending on the job - and if you're comfortable getting billed our hourly rate without a quote - we can usually get started immediately. We can also typically service anywhere in Brisbane on the same day, or if not same day the next day. We will let you know if we can't, and if it's an emergency we'll give you our best recommendation on how you should proceed.

Is there a minimum job size?

Nope! All jobs big or small we can help with.

What areas do you service? Are you a local business?

We're based in Brisbane, Australia, but we technically can provide services to the whole world since most things are done online. If you're after in-person help, or would like to chat in person, you'll need to be within a reasonable distance from Brisbane, Australia and its surrounding areas.
